112-Networking
Networking is putting motivated sellers in front of you. This will be the difference between you and everyone else. Did you know that the average real estate agent nationwide is just over $41,000 per year? It's unbelievable; I know. You can be different!
I don't care if you're a real estate agent, or real estate investor, or car salesperson, you're not going to become a success story without networking.
Does that mean that if I do what everyone else does that I will make what everyone else makes? I would answer, "Probably. I don't see how you could expect different results!"
If you want what everyone else has, then do what they do. You'll have what they have. And that's fine, if that's what you want.
However, if you want to do more than just survive, then you'll need to separate yourself from the pack. Rather than doing what everyone else does, you need to do something better.
Investors have always wondered what has made H. Roger Neal? so special. What has made me so much better and so successful? In a word that sums it all up: Networking.
If you want to accomplish what I have, then network like I've done, period. My networking program can do for you what it has done for me!
